2032 Olympics

As a potential host country for the 2032 Olympics, the Russian Olympic Committee needed a compelling brand that both reflected the country and the uplifting spirit of the Olympics. The logo is an illustration of one of St. Petersburg’s most famous landmarks, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, with one of the turrets replaced by the Olympic torch as a celebration of the Olympics’ arrival in the city. The color red was chosen due to its association with Russia in its flag, but a lighter tint was used to soften the overall feel.

Complementing the logo is a complete marketing package including a fact sheet for future tourists visiting the country during the games, a press release template, 9×12 pocket folder, sticker, and social media promotion for the event.
